It was a delightful surprise. Given the notes, I was worried the pear opening might be synthetic or sharp, but it wasn't harsh at all.
What I loved most was the smooth transition from that fresh fruitiness into the spicy warmth of the cinnamon. There are no jagged edges here. As the day went on, the scent actually "bloomed" on my skin. The vanilla base settled very nicely, leaving a creamy, spiced trail that felt warm and inviting without being cloying.
