Refund policy

At House of Krisha™, each product is meticulously crafted and packaged with utmost care. Due to the sensitive nature of our fragrances and our commitment to maintaining hygiene, exclusivity, and authenticity, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once the product has been delivered correctly and in good condition.

However, in the rare instance that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to assist with a replacement or store credit as per the terms outlined below.

  1. Order Verification & Quantity Check

Customers are requested to carefully inspect their order upon receipt and verify the quantity and contents of the package against their order confirmation. If you find that any item is missing or the packaging appears damaged, tampered, or otherwise compromised, please follow the next steps before accepting the delivery.

  1. Damaged or Compromised Packages

If the outer package appears compromised in any way, you must either:

  • Reject the delivery, or

  • Accept the delivery only after mentioning a Negative Proof of Delivery (POD) to the courier.

  • Ensure that negative POD remarks are clearly written on the courier slip or device.

  • Capture clear photographs of the negative POD as proof.

This helps us coordinate effectively with our logistics partner to resolve the issue.

  1. Accepted Deliveries with Partial, Damaged, or Tampered Items

If you choose to accept a delivery that appears partial, damaged, or tampered, you must provide:

  • A Negative POD image, and

  • A 360° unboxing video that clearly shows the product’s box, outer label, seals, and inner content in one continuous, untampered recording.

Without these materials, we may be unable to verify or honour claims.

  1. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at care@thehouseofkrisha.com with:

  • Your order ID and contact details.

  • Clear photographs and a video of the issue.

  • If applicable, your Negative POD image and 360° unboxing video.

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for review.

  1. Resolution Process

Once your claim is received, our team will review the details and supporting evidence. Upon verification:

  • A store credit equivalent to the value of the affected item will be issued.

  • Credits will be shared via email within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Credits can be used for future purchases and do not expire.

  • No direct refunds will be issued.

If your claim is validated for a rejected delivery or missing item, the company may arrange for a reshipment at no extra cost.

Note: No refunds or replacements will be processed for orders accepted without a negative POD or unboxing video evidence.

  1. Responsibility After Delivery

House of Krisha™ is not responsible for:

  • Any damages or issues that occur after delivery; or

  • Concerns not visible in the unboxing video or images submitted for review.

  1. Signatures and Alternate Recipients

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you authorize another person to accept the delivery (such as a family member, neighbour, or colleague), they are deemed to have accepted the goods on your behalf. Exceptions may only be considered if a valid unboxing video supports any reported claim.

  1. Refund Policy for Returns

A refund will only be initiated after any damaged or rejected items have been returned to our warehouse and inspected by our team. The decision to approve such refunds rests solely with House of Krisha™.

  1. Dispute Resolution 

In the rare case of discrepancies between claims made by the shipping partner and the customer, a refund or reshipment will only be initiated once the shipping partner acknowledges and accepts responsibility for the issue.

This policy ensures accuracy, accountability, and brand integrity in every transaction.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Perfumes and custom fragrance blends

  • Personal care products

  • Samples and testers

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards
